At about 1:30 pm, a Donna Lampkin called and said that a man who parked on the south side of the parking lot, after dropping a female passenger off at the door, was speaking rudely to her, and making obscene gestures with his body language.
He said to Donna: "I rape 'em, and Tiller scrapes 'em!" |
