CONFIRMED SAVE; Jennifer McCoy & Ronica Clingerman:
At about 1:pm, a white Chevy Malibu, with Kansas tags, (county unknown) with two young ladies in it, both in their late teens or early 20's, stopped at Tiller's gate to talk to Jennifer and Ronica. Only one of them is pregnant.
As they were talking to Jennifer and Ronica (Ronica is a teenager herself), Tiller's associate, Alice Grim, was in her front yard, (the house next to Choices Medical Clinic, on the south side), shouting at Jennifer and Ronica, using extremely profane language.
In spite of the interruption from Alice Grim, the young ladies accepted literature from Ronica and Jennifer, and immediately began to read it.
Against Jennifer's and Ronica's wishes, they pulled into Tiller's parking lot, but did not get out of their vehicle. Rather, they just sat there reading the material.
Without ever setting a foot on Tiller's parking lot, they backed out of their parking stall, and exited the parking lot.
As they exited, they again stopped at the gate and talked more to Jennifer and Ronica. They thanked Jennifer and Ronica for the material, and even apologized for having considered abortion.
This was a situation where the young ladies were not sure that they were doing the right thing in the first place. The pregnant lady was more shy than the driver, but she confirmed that abortion was no longer an option for her.
They did not go to Choices Medical Clinic, but that may have had more to do with Alice Grim than anything else. |
