At about 8:20 am, two African-American ladies came walking south on Bleckley Street, between Tiller's building and the Crosses. When they saw Dale at the gate, they went out onto the street - making a large semi-circle around Dale, keeping their distance from him, as if they were afraid of him.
Dale spoke to them and they responded but kept their distance. Dale directed them to Choices Medical Clinic, but when they got there it was closed. They left southbound on Bleckley, on foot, and turned eastward on Orme Street. |
