CONFIRMED SAVE; Donna Lampkin and Margaret Mans:

A black family, consisting of the father of a young girl who was driving, the girl's mother, and a teenaged girl who was riding in back, came into Tiller's in an older large luxury vehicle with unknown tags (possibly Johnson County, Kansas). They stopped to talk with the sidewalk counselors on their way in, but went on in and stayed for about an hour or more.

In the early afternoon, the car came back out of Tillers, and the father stopped his car on the driveway and initiated a conversation with the sidewalk counselors.

He said, "We didn't do it! We did not have the abortion." Donna immediately offered them some baby clothes and a blanket, and they waited patiently while Donna went to get the baby stuff.

When Donna got back to the car, she handed the stuff into the car, and the teenage girl took the stuff. While Donna was talking to her father, she examined and folded the baby blanket and clothing neatly. From her demeanor, it was obvious to Donna that she had not had the abortion.

Donna asked the man, what had made them change their mind?

The man answered with one word: "God!"
