  CONFIRMED SAVE; Betty Chamberlain:

At about 2 pm, while Betty Chamberlain was at the gate with her friend, a young Hispanic couple, in a dark blue or black-colored vehicle (tag unknown) who appeared to be in their mid-to-late 20's, came driving out of Tiller's parking lot. The young man who was driving, voluntarily stopped to talk to Betty and her friend.

According to Betty, he was very emotional, and mad about what had gone on inside of Tillers. He was particularly mad about a film that they were required to watch, and he reported that they had changed mind and were keeping their baby.

In addition to keeping their baby, the gentleman said that he wanted to come out, on-site as a volunteer, to be a sidewalk counselor, so that he could prevent others from going in. (However, he did not leave contact information and we have no way of following up on his offer.)

From what was said, prior to their experience today, this couple was apparently not aware of what an abortion actually is. It is possible that this couple took literature earlier in the day, from a KCFL Volunteer, when they were on their way in, but we cannot confirm that because there was more than one Hispanic couple in for an abortion today, who took literature at the gate.
