TURN-AROUND; Gonzalo Vall-Serra:
At about 11:15 am, shortly after Gonzalo started his shift, a car with Nebraska tags approached Tiller's parking lot, but stopped on the driveway to talk to Gonzalo.
A pregnant young lady, with what appeared to be a 5 or 6 year old child with her, accepted printed material from Gonzalo and was willing to talk.
Gonzalo tried to talk her out of going in, recommending instead that she go to Choices Medical Clinic next door. At first she declined, and explained that the people who work at Tiller's were very nice to her, and they had told her that they would help her.
Eventually, Gonzalo convinced her that killing her unborn child was not something nice, no matter how good they sounded on the phone.
The young lady apparently listened. She decided that she would check out Choices Medical Clinic first. She drove into Tiller's parking lot, only to circle around and come back out, whereupon she went in to Choices Medical Clinic.
She remained at Choices Medical Clinic until nearly the end of Gonzalo's shift at 1:pm, then left without returning to Tiller's parking lot. |
