Had one (1) ALMOST SAVE: Two black ladies with Texas tags on their car, one one-month pregnant, and the other visibly pregnant came to the gate, and were confused about where they should be. Donna was able to get them to go into Choices and even introduced them at the Choices front desk. Unfortunately they came out of Choices in about 5 minutes and went into Tiller's apparently for an abortion. (Only the early term was there for an abortion today.) Tiller's Security Guard, Carl Swinney, had climbed up onto the base of a light pole to shout over the fence at these two ladies when they were in the Choices parking lot.

One (1) TURN-AROUND (Drive-by) A car with two ladies on board came down Bleckley and signaled a turn at Tillers driveway, but came to a stop instead. When Donna approached, they continued south on Bleckley, but then turned around at Orme Street and came back up Bleckley again signaling a turn at Tiller's driveway. Again, Donna tried to get them to stop and talk, but they went on by northbound. A few minutes later the process was repeated with them driving past Tiller's a total of four (4) times, but never entering Tiller's parking lot. Neither the Truth-truck nor anyone with a large graphic sign was at the gate, which are most effective in promoting drive-by turn-arounds. On the last time past, the younger lady in the passenger side was laughing - perhaps in embarrassment at what looked like indecision on the part of the driver, who may have been a mother to the passenger or a friend - they both looked young. Subsequent Cross attendants watched for the car all day, and it did not return - at least not today.
