SPECIAL REPORT; Terry Read:
Upon my arrival at 7:10 am, two commercial trucks designed for document shredding were in Tiller's Parking Lot, and Tiller's staff was bringing out files to be shredded. Security Guard Carl Swinney assisted in bring out documents and files using a dolly.
Tiller came in at about 7:15 am, and the shredding operations continued until the trucks left at 11:08 am.
Wichita police were stationed across the ditch, and they prevented me from photographing the operation from the west, where one could see directly into the trucks. However, I took some photos from the Choices Medical Clinic side of Tiller's fence. |
