(Continued from previous entry 6:47am - 7:38am.) I tried to come out to take photos of the Haz-Mat team working on the unknown substance at Tiller's gate, but by the time I got there, Bleckley Street was completely blocked off from Kellogg to Orme with a Police cars everywhere. The Haz-Mat truck was at Tiller's gate, and all people were evacuated to the end of the block.

On the south side, two vehicles carrying what appeared to be Tiller clients, were turned away by the police. (Since the street was only closed for about an hour, these are not counted as a turn-arounds - likely they will came back when the street re-opens.)

<Update> At 11:am a volunteer at the gate called and informed me that the Haz-Mat Team determined it to be a non-toxic mixture of a sugar and water based household product - such as syrup.

Tiller employee, Bonnie Rhodes-Moss, is my prime suspect. (See incident 2005-July-6)
