TURN-AROUND (With Joseph Elmore) - Two Spanish-speaking Hispanic women accepted literature from Tina and Joseph. The literature was in English only. However, they could speak enough English to tell Joseph that the pregnant one already had eight (8) children, and did not think that she could afford any more. Joseph urged them to "Let this one live!" He repeated that request several times, "Let this one live!" in several different ways. Eventually, in response to Joseph Elmore's pleading, the driver backed-up, off the South Wind driveway, and went to the ProLife Choices Medical Clinic as Tina and Joseph recommended that they do. However, after a short time, they came back into the South Wind parking lot, apparently to pick up an information pack or to drop off a 'consent form'. The vehicle log showed that they were at South Wind less than nine minutes when they stopped at the gate a second time; this time on their way out of the South Wind parking lot. By then, Tina had gotten some Spanish language information for them. Due to the language barrier, it is not clear what the intentions of the pregnant woman are. (Because she stopped twice to talk to the on-site volunteers, and because she did not have an abortion today, we are counting this is a TURN-AROUND, counted at 50%.) - We are less than 100% sure what will eventually become of the unborn child in question. |
